No result-sharing form
Math Check does not offer a student lookup or placement-sharing connection. A Student ID is not requested or accepted. The public check stays separate from Program Request, Enrollment, and student records.
Identity-free by design

Math Check does not ask a family to identify the student or authorize a student-result link.
Save the family copy
The full learning report appears immediately after the check. A family may print it or save it as a PDF before leaving the page. Math Check does not email the report or provide a later named account where it can be retrieved.
What Wise Zebra staff see
Restricted staff can review each identity-free assessment as an individual learning report. They may see the selected starting band, WZ starting point, strengths, areas to strengthen, and question performance, but not the student's name, family contact information, school, or enrollment record.
Automatic deletion
Unfinished checks expire after 24 hours and completed identity-free results expire after 30 days. Because Math Check does not know who completed a result, the normal privacy protection is automatic deletion rather than identity-based retrieval.
